MBA Alumna, Class of 2023
Pursuing my MBA at Stanton University was a transformative experience that played a significant role in my professional growth within the nonprofit sector. After graduating cum laude with a Bachelor of Communication from the University of Houston, I began my career as an R&P Case Manager, working directly with refugee families and developing a strong foundation in service-driven leadership.
The MBA program at Stanton University equipped me with essential leadership, management, and strategic skills that directly supported my professional advancement. This education allowed me to step into an R&P Supervisor role, where I applied principles of ethical leadership, team development, and effective communication to support and empower case managers under my supervision.
Today, I continue to apply these skills in my role as a Health Navigator and Grant Owner at Church World Service, supporting refugee communities through comprehensive health navigation programs. I am especially excited to continue this academic journey by starting my doctoral degree, as I remain deeply committed to lifelong learning, leadership development, and expanding my impact within the nonprofit and global health sectors.

MBA Alumna, Class of 2020
About My Education and Career Journey:
My experience at Stanton University was instrumental in helping me adapt to the U.S. system and gain a solid understanding of professional standards and practices. The education I received not only strengthened my technical knowledge but also gave me the confidence to pursue higher-level qualifications in the construction industry. In fact, my SU degree played a key role in supporting my application to the licensing board, helping me earn my General Building Contractor (License B) and General Engineering Contractor (License A)—the highest credentials in construction.
About My Work:
Today, I manage multiple construction projects across Los Angeles, ranging from residential to commercial developments. One of my recent accomplishments was completing a property at 3132 San Marino St, Los Angeles, CA 90006, and I look forward to sharing before-and-after photos of this project.
In addition to managing projects, I provide consulting services for clients who want to start their own construction businesses. I guide them through licensing, planning, and project execution, sharing the practical knowledge I’ve gained over the years.
I’m always open to connecting with students or aspiring professionals who are interested in entering the construction field. Stanton University gave me the foundation, and now I’m passionate about helping others succeed in this industry.

MSISM Alumna, Class of 2025
My experience at Stanton University was a pivotal turning point in my professional growth. Coming from a creative and media production background, earning both an MBA and an MS in Information Systems Management allowed me to combine creativity with business strategy and technology. The programs strengthened my understanding of professional standards, leadership, and systems thinking. A highlight of my MS in Information Systems Management was the Project Management course, which introduced me to practical frameworks and real-world applications. This course inspired me to pursue the Project Management Professional (PMP)® and Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM) certifications, and to become actively involved with the Project Management Institute - Orange County Chapter. During my MSISM study, I served as a Digital Media Producer for SU, where I led end-to-end production of institutional content and established professional standards for the university’s digital media presence. In parallel, I founded Linnov Projects, a consulting firm that helps nonprofits and educational institutions implement structured project management practices and AI-driven solutions. Today, I work at the intersection of project management, digital media, and information systems. Stanton University equipped me with the foundation to integrate business acumen with technology and creativity, and I am passionate about using that foundation to help others navigate their professional journeys with confidence and purpose.
