Student Records

Student records are confidential and are maintained and released in accordance with applicable law, the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act of 1974, Public Law 93-380, as amended (commonly referred to as the Buckley Amendment). To comply with this law, SU must have written permission from the student in order to release any information from a student’s education record.

Transcripts, Certificate of Enrollment, and Certificate of Graduations may be ordered and picked up in person at the Office of Admissions and Records. Please be sure to have a valid ID, i.e. driver’s license, state-issued identification card, or passport.

Alternatively, Transcripts, Certificate of Enrollment, and Certificate of Graduations may also be ordered by mail. Please complete the Document Request Form and email it to the Main Office at [email protected]
