eTranscript

Students may request an eTranscripts via the National Student Clearinghouse. Please refer to the instructions below.
Important: If you like to request a pick-up or mailing your hardcopy of the transcript, please use the SU Document Request form, and email info@stanton.edu at this time due to the E-transcript service mailing delay. When requesting a E-Transcript, you will not be receiving a hardcopy of your transcript.

Guide on How to Request an E-Transcript

Step 1:

Access the web page (click the Request an E-Transcript button above) to the Transcript Ordering Center page. Begin the process by clicking on Order Transcripts button.

Step 2:

Fill out your personal information.

Step 3:

Continue to enter your personal information.

 

Step 4a:

Select the drop-down menu.

Step 4b:

In the drop-down menu, select to whom you like to send your e-transcript to.

Step 5:

Indicate when and how you like your transcript to be sent. Attach any documents if applicable.

Step 6:

Select the options and add any files you like to attach. Please review the Fee Summary.

Step 7:

Read the Electronic Consent Form and sign. Then click on Accept Signature. Then click the Continue button. You will receive a message that your request has been completed.

If you chose to send the E-transcript to yourself:

The SU Main Office will process your transcript online. After this has been completed, you will then receive three additional separate emails:

  • Transcript Access Code
  • Transcript access Link
  • Electronic Sent

When you have received the Access Code, you will click on the link found in the email with the Transcript Access Link. You will input your E-mail Address and Access Code.

Imporant: There is a time limit; you must access your e-transcript within the time allotted.
